We act as an independent marketing agent for selected projects by KSL Realty.
This is not the developer's official website, and we are not the developer. The developer is solely responsible for the design, construction, delivery and warranties of its projects.
2. Property information
- All project details on this website — including prices, sizes, layouts, unit counts, tenure, completion dates, facilities, travel times, maintenance fees and promotions — are based on information from the developer and are provided for general marketing purposes only.
- This information is indicative and may change at any time without notice. Availability is not guaranteed.
- Images, renderings and illustrations are artist's impressions and may differ from the completed property.
- Nothing on this website is an offer, a contract or a promise to sell. Every purchase is governed solely by the developer's booking terms and the official Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA), which prevails over anything on this website.

3. No professional advice
Information on this website is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. We are not licensed financial advisers. Loan eligibility, margins and terms are decided by the bank. We recommend you obtain independent professional advice before committing to a purchase.
4. Foreign buyers
Purchases by non-Malaysians are subject to Johor state rules, including a minimum purchase price and state authority approval. These rules differ by property type and may change. Statements on this website about foreign eligibility are general guidance only; we will confirm the current requirements for a specific unit on request.
5. Fees
Buyers do not pay an agent fee to us for purchases of the new launch projects listed on this website; our commission is paid by the developer. Other costs of buying a property, such as the booking fee, deposit, legal fees, stamp duty, loan costs and any government fees, remain the buyer's responsibility as set out by the developer, solicitor and bank.
6. Enquiries and WhatsApp

7. Intellectual property
The design, layout and original text of this website belong to us. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy or republish them without our permission. KSL Realty and project names, images and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the projects being marketed.
